I started with a animation company, called "25fps" which is based in south africa, during September 2008 and was there for a month. As of the 1st of October the company took off without letting me know what was happening, I tried contacting them but till no avail, I did not get paid for that month as well. Im guessing they headed off to Tansania where they have another registered company called?"Keystone Animation" over there. I just want to let the animation community out there to watch out for any job offers from a company called "25fps" or "Keystone?animation"?

My friend and I both worked at 2 different branches of the same company. The business is registered under various names. They promise you training in business management ...
I just want to post the name of my previous employer from "Keystone animation / 25fps". It is so easy for these guys to come up with a fake company name and contract then disappear, only to do the same thing again to someone else with a different company name. Posting just the company name is useless, as other animators will just look out for that company name.
His name is Christoph Neubauer.
Does animation sa do any background checks on companies that is listed, maybe it will also be usefull to have a section on the website to warn animators of certain things, like companies...
Oh man - you got off easy. I worked for Christoph from when he started the company, untill just before you started in 2008. For the last two years he paid me only a fraction of my salary (guess I was the idiot there) and I was supposed to get royalties from the movies. He then disappeared back to Tanzania, never answering a single mail from me again. He owes me over two hundred thousand rand, and that after my boyfriend let Christoph use his flat as an office, funded his pc's, provided internet for him... I would so love to know what bull Christoh told you about me, the person who moddeled everything for the first Fuehrerbunkker movie, (and all the buildings in Voss Stree, and the Reichskanzlei gardens, etc)
He also never paid the guy who did the website, he never paid for the PC's you were working on, and he still owes one of my colleagues his last month's salary too.
